This condition can vary in severity, but both Bandit and Banjo have fairly severe cases that will affect them for the rest of their lives.
While they will need special adopters who understand their unique needs, both Banjo and Bandit are sweet puppies who love playing with toys, snuggling, and getting into a little bit of trouble.
